Putting on the tights/pants:
The graduated fit of the tights means they should not be forced on and up the leg. You should instead put on like a stocking. Bundle the leg of the tight and pull the entire garment over the toe first, then the ankle, then progressively pull up the leg gently until in position. You should show the same care when removing these garments.
Either hand wash garments in cold water, or use the cold-delicate wash on your washing machine. Only use gentle detergents. Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight. Wash inside out to preserve logos.
How do compression wear products fit?
Compression wear is meant to be fit the body quite firmly without being uncomfortable. For specific sizing please refer to the Sizing Chart. If you are borderline with sizes, or will be wearing compression predominately for recovery we advise you to select the smaller size. What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or have selected the wrong size please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. If you simply change your mind and the product has not been worn we offer a full 365 day money back guarantee - just return the product in original condition.
Do I have to pay to send the product back?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If the product is proven faulty we will refund all postage costs. Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. All returned or exchanged items must be in as new condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed with all clothing tags attached.
What if an exchange cannot be made?
If we are unable to accommodate your exchange a refund will be provided onto your original method of payment.
When are orders shipped?
Orders will be shipped on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Orders will be packed and posted the same day of purchase if received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be posted the next day.
Are there any faster options for shipping?
If you would like to receive your items quicker we also offer Auspost express delivery. This option can be selected at the checkout and if selected will incur a surcharge (surcharge of $10 Australia wide)
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping Australia wide. Free postage is via Australia Post and will be delivered in 2+ business days (often quicker for metro areas)
